Sandy Soule
Well-known travel writer and speaker Sandy Soule is a key member of the BedandBreakfast.com/Inns.com/RezOvation team. She offers a unique perspective on the B&B industry, derived from her decades of experience as a freelance writer, book author, editor, and Internet pioneer, combined with the fact that she's visited more inns than anyone else in the United States. As the Marketing VP, Sandy is responsible for communicating a wide range of company products and services to both consumers and the innkeeping industry.

Mary Hughes,began publishing Inns Magazine in 1996. She was surprised to discover there was no publication in Canada to serve the inn industry and decided to concentrate on the Canadian market for the first few years. She then expanded into the U.S. as the popularity of the magazine grew.

Mary incorporated her business under the Harworth Publishing banner, named after her father in 1999. She began publishing Spa Life magazine in 2000. Spa Life magazine is aimed at an audience dedicated to the world of spahing for repose, rejuvenation and new beginnings. Mary and her family recently bought and restored an 1870 Stone coach house in Elora, Ontario. Mary is married to John Westerman and they have two daughters, Paige, age 9 and Sydney, 7 as well as two Schnauzer dogs, Robbie and Oliver. Mary is always looking to buy that perfect B&B!

Peter Scherman, founding member of The B&B Team, has been an inn consultant and broker since 1993. Serving several states from the Southeast to New England, Peter has served countless current and aspiring innkeepers by helping them realize their dreams, maximize their potential, and avoid expensive pitfalls. He has spoken at many state, regional, an national innkeeping conferences and always likes to address issues which are of importance to everyone in the innkeeping community. His experience, good humor, and common sense are essential tools in helping people reach their personal and financial goals in the unique lodging industry.
Rick Wolf,former owner/innkeeper of Kennebunkport, Maine's Captian Fairfield Inn and current partner with The B&B Team, Inc., Inn Consultants and Brokers. Rick and his wife operated their inn for six years, and he now brings his experiences in branding and marketing to innkeepers nationally. Rick cut his business, branding/marketing teeth with firms like Levi Straus & Co., Perry Ellis, and Outlast Technologies before entering innkeeping and now shares his experience and ideas with the B&B country inn industry.

Young's experience includes serving as the Executive Director of a rural tourism development authority (CVB) and chamber of commerce in which he oversaw the creation and success of a start up research-based tourism marketing program. Then, Young was hired as Director of Sales and quickly promoted to General Manager of a large golf resort managed by the nation's largest hotel management company.Young joined Randall Travel Marketing, Inc. in 1998 as Director of Client Services and served as Vice President from 2000 to 2004.
In 2004 Young formed his own Charlotte, NC based company focusing on research and strategic planning for all aspects of the tourism industry.Young's firm continues to partner with Randall Travel Marketing and specializes in working with city and county governments in the development of local tourism infrastructure, branding and marketing.In the last eight years Young has worked in twenty-six states and is a popular speaker at regional and national conferences and conventions.
