1-cup light sour cream
½ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Sliced bananas, blueberries & strawberries
Fresh Mint (optional)
Combine the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Place fruit in individual one serving bowls and top with one tablespoon of cream mixture and one mint leaf. Serve cold.
